audio commentary

I’m fascinated by how digital technology shapes how we feel and sense the world. In my research, I look at realism in XR – I wanted to show how technology and nature are tangled together in everyday life. Each detail draws from real places and moments, inviting reflection on how technology is woven into our memories, perceptions, and futures. The forest and devices together suggest that nature and technology are no longer separate, but part of our shared temporal landscape.

computer science in Danish/German culture

Southern Slesvig is shaped by a unique blend of Danish and German heritage. This cultural layering is reflected in the region’s bilingual education, civic traditions, and even town signs, which foster adaptability and cross-disciplinary thinking. The coexistence of different people, systems, and perspectives encourages the kind of analytical mindset and problem-solving that lies at the heart of computer science.
